Developed by a mum with the help of a naturopath, this Raspberry Leaf Tea blend is rich in vitamins and minerals such as iron, magnesium, calcium and zinc. Raspberry Leaf is a traditional herb thought to help tone the uterus and help pregnant women have a shorter, easier labour. It's also used to help balance hormones and improving energy levels, as well as to help with post birth recovery.
Completely caffeine free, it's made with 100% organic ingredients. The peppermint, raspberry leaf and stinging nettle blend tastes good, too!
How to use: use 1 teaspoon per cup and brew for 10 minutes. Drink hot, or cool over ice cubes. Can be drunk morning, afternoon or evening.
Please note that Raspberry Leaf should be avoided in the first trimester of pregnancy. Drink a maximum of three cups per day in third trimester. Please consult your healthcare professional before drinking this tea.
