Easy to order and hassle free to complete my click and collect order. Very prompt service for a quality tasting tea product. Great communication.
No leaks! A clever design where the silicone straw part is the seal for the bottle. Ready for 1 year old to hold too
A lovely soft toy from Hello Charlie as usual :)

Fabulous nappies! They hold HEAPS more than the normal style nappies with the tabs we’d been using, so the cost balances out as they last much longer between changes. And, most importantly for us, they’re super breathable, even compared to the organic bamboo nappies we were using prior; once we started using them, all nappy area rashes disappeared.
The puzzle is a great way to introducing the relationship between alphabet sounds and their written form.
The deodorant works wonderfully. It needs to be used a bit for the stick to soften, to apply easily.
By far the best nappies we’ve tried so far!
The toothpaste is good, it leaves teeth fresh and smooth. Better than chemical laden toothpastes.
Your products are geared towards young families. Most of your products are not suitable for olduns like us...
The quality of the nappy seems to be good; it’s definitely thinner compared to other brands, but that’s probably why it leaks after the third wetting.
Very well made, orthodontic option is great. Size is on the larger end.
LOVE THIS! Perfect size, easy to use and works so well. Definitely recommend.
So cute! The colour is bright, and the crinkle is perfect for the littles. Quality is excellent and peace or mine being organic cotton
An amazing gift or teether for bubs. The only reason I've given a 4 instead of 5 stars is the beak, for me personally is a bit too small and pointy but apart from that its made really well and is absolutely beautiful to look at.
The colours are bright, very interactive. Great busy book! Quality is excellent.

Favourite brand of nappies. Easy to use, lightweight but absorbent.

The best nappies! No nasties and never any sign of nappy rash. We’ve used them for oldest and couldn’t wait to use them again on our new Bub!
I recently purchased the Titanium Cutting Board, high-cost item where I expected a real titanium product to last. While the board is impressively durable and sleek, the initial unit arrived faulty, a concave surface. I emailed the support team with couple of photos. They responded promptly and, without any hassle, immediately processed a replacement. The new, board arrived few days later. I am completely satisfied with their service—they turned a major product issue into a positive experience. Highly recommend both the product and the fantastic service. Buy with confidence!
