We believe in running a small business the right way — by supporting the brands we stock and respecting the value of their work.

If we ever feel that a brand’s items are overpriced for what they offer, we simply won’t introduce them.

3. Transparent Pricing from 2025 Onward
From 2025, Hello Charlie is introducing a more transparent and consistent pricing system.
Outside of major sale seasons (such as Christmas and New Year), most products will maintain stable, year-round pricing.
We’re doing this to ensure fairness for both our customers and our brand partners —
no surprises, no gimmicks, just steady and honest prices.
4. Clearance vs Regular Prices
When we decide not to continue a product line, it will be moved to our Clearance collection.
These clearance items are offered at a reduced price until sold out.
All other products will remain at their regular all-year-round price.
