We will send you an email confirming that you have placed your order with us.
You'll receive an email or an SMS confirming that your delivery is on the way. You can easily see where your parcel is and we'll even let you know when our couriers expect to deliver it to you.
We ship all orders within 1 business day, and often within a couple of hours of placing your order.
Orders placed before 10:00 am will be processed and sent same business day. Orders placed after 10:00 am will be processed and despatched the next working day. If there is any delay with your order, we will let you know.

Who do we ship with?
We ship with a variety of couriers, including Couriers Please, TNT, Toll and AusPost. That way, we can make sure that your orders get to you fast and keep your shipping costs down. All our parcels have an authority to leave, so that drivers can leave it somewhere safe if you're not at home, and you won't have to go and pick it up. If you don't want a courier to leave your parcel, please let us know at checkout.
Please note that courier companies may decide not to leave your parcel if they can't find a safe place. If that happens, the courier company will let you know and take it to a location convenient for pick up.
Express Post
We can also offer Express Post for urgent deliveries. Please note that this does not guarantee next day delivery, but we will get your parcel to you as fast as we can. Depending on the size of your parcel, we may send this in an express satchel, or by courier.
Larger items are not eligible for express shipping if it doesn't fit in a satchel, or is oversized. We will send these items the fastest way possible, and refund the difference between standard and express shipping.
Place your order by 10am to guarantee same day despatch. And please do give us a call if you're placing your express order after 10am, and we'll do our very best to get it out to you same day!
Pickup
If you live locally, we also offer click & collect. Simply choose the 'pickup' option at checkout, then book your time for pickup at this link. Our address is 4/30 The Concord, Bundoora, 3083. Pickup hours are 9am to 3pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We're closed Wednesdays and weekends.
We don't have browsing facilities or cash or credit card facilities, so please place your order online and book your pickup time before you arrive.
What if I'm not home?
We try to get your parcel to you first time, so all our orders are given an authority to leave, unless you tell us that it's not safe to do so. Please note that neither we nor any of our shipping partners can be held responsible for any parcels left this way.
If you are not home, the courier will leave a card in your mailbox or will send you a text, to arrange pickup or redelivery (please note that not all couriers will arrange redelivery).
