Poor shipping

I recently bought this item as The sender is close to home and thought I would receive it quite quickly as as opposed to battling Christmas crowds with a baby. I never received the item, it was “lost” by the courier company. Still waiting on my refund. This company has lost further business with me which is a shame as I could have bought almost everything in store for my own family aswell as family and friends. I do understand that this time of year is busy but their customer care has let them down

Hi Jade, thanks for your feedback. We try to do everything we can when our customers tell us that they haven't received their parcel. In your case, we shipped your parcel the same day that you placed your order, and two weeks later you let us know that it hadn't arrived. We got on to the courier company the same day, and within 48 hours they let us know that the parcel had been lost. We then immediately refunded your order cost plus shipping to your credit card. Refunds usually take a couple of days to show up in your account, but we refunded to you the same day. I'm not sure what else we could have done here to make this easier for you? Vanessa xx
