Use instructions: Combine 50 grams of Gutsy Gummies with 100 mL of water, stir until smooth, then add 250 mL of hot water, stir until dissolved. Pour into moulds, refrigerate for 2 hours, and eat directly from the fridge. Refrigerate and consume within three days.
