Ingredients: Mullein (organic) 150mg / 6ml; Hyssop (organic)120mg / 6ml; Thyme (organic) 200mg / 6ml; Marshmallow (organic) 72mg/ 6ml; Manuka Honey (organic) 3240mg/ml. In a base of organic Kamahi honey, with organic Rata honey, apple juice concentrate and apple cider vinegar, natural orange & lemon flavour. Contains a small amount of ethanol (4.3%). Contains sugars as honey.

Dosage guidelines:

• Ages 2 to 4 yrs: 2.5-4.5mL
• Ages 4 to 6 yrs: 4.5-6mL
• Ages 6 to 12 yrs: 6-8mL

Kids can have it up to 2-5 times daily, undiluted or diluted in water or juice, and drink it immediately.
