Acure was inspired by the memory of Kristy's grandmother, who fought breast cancer for over a decade. Through this experience, Kristy and her husband, Jon, created the brand to raise awareness about toxin free skin care.

Kristy sought to find connections between the chemicals commonly used in many cosmetic items and the health issues they could cause. In their search for natural yet effective products, they developed Acure.
