More about Good Riddance Insect Repellent

Good Riddance was created by cosmetic chemist Jeannie Lynch after her family struggled with mosquitoes and midges while living in Darwin. She spent years developing and field-testing the formulas in Top End conditions before launching the Australian-made range.

We choose Good Riddance because its two repellent options are APVMA-registered and clearly differentiated. Tropical is designed for demanding outdoor conditions, while Sensitive uses a different essential-oil profile and is labelled for babies from three months. Rescue Balm is after-bite care, not a repellent.

Natural does not mean risk-free. Read and follow the approved label, avoid eyes and broken skin, and check ingredients for sensitivities. The repellents and Rescue Balm contain beeswax, so they should not be described as vegan.
