The original version of this Cheat Sheet was first published in December 2015 and has been updated repeatedly since then. For this 2026 review, we have deliberately preserved every one of the 31 products from the existing article, including discontinued and historical products, because old formula history matters. It shows how the market has changed, which brands have genuinely improved, and which products are simply relying on familiar “natural” marketing language.
