It uses the powerful blend of seaweed and hibiscus extract to provide a rejuvenating hydration to your eyes. A 3-in-1 blast of argan extract, witch hazel, and aloe helps soothe your eyes for a brighter and more hydrated outlook.

Directions: Apply a pea size amount on your ring fingertip, dab along the brow bone and under the eye starting from the inside eye, outward towards the corners. Massage by softly circling around the eye.
