Hello Charlie 2024 Shipping Policy - Effective from March 2024

Shipping Costs and Times:

• Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days via regular Australia Post or a trusted carrier service.
• For orders containing bulky items like nappies and wipes and furniture, additional shipping costs may apply for orders exceeding 5kg in total weight.
• Shipping costs vary based on the destination postcode and total cart weight.

Free Shipping:

Enjoy complimentary shipping across Australian metropolitan areas for orders over $119*. Place your order by 10 am AEST, and we'll dispatch it the same day from our Melbourne warehouse (Public holidays and Peak seasons might cause slight delays).

Flat Rate Shipping:

• We offer flat-rate shipping options for metropolitan areas, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth. Specific postcodes apply.
• Orders under $119 will incur a $8.95 shipping fee plus a $5.95 surcharge for overweight orders.
• Orders between $119 and $249 are eligible for free shipping, with a $5.95 surcharge for overweight orders.
• Orders over $249 qualify for free shipping, with no weight limit and potential split shipment at no extra cost.

Express Shipping:

• Available for lightweight orders under 3kg, with rates depending on order value. Express shipping is not available for bulk items unless arranged manually.
• Order under $199: $16.95 ; Order over $199: VIP Price, Discounted $12.95

International and Rural Shipping:

• Live rates apply, with a 10% discount off the displayed rate to support our rural and international customers.
• Orders over $279 qualify for free shipping, with no weight limit and potential split shipment at no extra cost.

Delivery Expectations:

• Delivery times vary based on location, ranging from 1-3 business days within Melbourne to 5-8 business days for other interstate and regional areas.

Pickup

If you live locally, we also offer click & collect. Simply choose the 'pickup' option at checkout, address is 4/30 The Concord, Bundoora, 3083. Pickup hours are 9am to 3pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We're closed on Wednesdays and weekends. 

What if I'm not home?

We try to get your parcel to you first time, so all our orders are given an authority to leave, unless you tell us that it's not safe to do so. Please note that neither we nor any of our shipping partners can be held responsible for any parcels left this way.

If you are not home, the courier will leave a card in your mailbox or will send you a text, to arrange pickup or redelivery (please note that not all couriers will arrange redelivery). 

Parcel hasn't arrived?

We will send your parcel within 1 business day of receiving your order. If there is a problem with your order, we will email or phone you within 1 business day.
