The Ever Eco Reusable Silicone Baking Mats are a non stick alternative to regular baking paper. Regular baking paper cannot be recycled or composted due to its non stick coating, so using these reusable baking mats will not only save you money, but will also help the environment.

Simply lie one flat in your baking tray and cook your food with less oil and no risk of sticking. This non stick baking mat is freezer, microwave, and oven safe. It also can double as a non stick preparation surface.

Directions for use: Wash and dry mat before first use. Wipe clean straight after use and wash in hot soapy water or it can be put in the top rack of your dishwasher. Do not expose to sharp objects or cut directly on mat

So glad I made the swap!

These are so easy to use and clean, I’m glad I found them. I like that their maximum temperature is higher than other brands I’ve seen, and unlike the ones that ‘double’ as cling wrap, they’re not sticky, which is great! I found the first time I used them, they smelled a bit in the oven, so I’m not sure if an extra couple of washes would have helped this or not, but they seem to be fine now after a few uses and washes. They’re larger than our flat trays but still fit comfortably over the edges, and I like using them to prepare dough on (as a work surface) too.
