Ingredients: Genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride flakes (and naturally occurring trace minerals)
Directions: Dissolve 1 to 3 cups of Ancient Minerals Magnesium Flakes in warm water (about 101 to 103 °F). Soak body or body parts for 30 minutes or more. Rinse with cool running water. Pat skin dry with towel and moisturise as usual.
