Dr Tung’s Oil Pulling Concentrate Ancient Ayurvedic Formula is made with an ancient recipe of 24 herbs and botanicals combined in a sesame seed oil base. It’s an oil pulling concentrate that helps strengthen your teeth and gums.
This Ayurvedic oral pulling rinse detoxifies your mouth and helps improve your oral health. It is recommended to be used as part of your daily routine to help with mouth dryness and other conditions.

How to use: use after teething cleaning and tongue brushing. Mix 1/3 tablespoon with 1 tablespoon oil pulling oil like sesame, coconut or organic sunflower. Swish around your mouth and "chew" for 5 to 15 minutes, then spit into your green waste (not down the sink). Rinse your mouth with warm water with a teaspoon of salt in it for best results.
