The beautiful bobo & boo plant based dinner sets are totally compostable and biodegradable! They’re made from PLA bioplastic which comes from renewable resources like cornstarch, sugar cane, straw and woodchips. Use them and enjoy them for years, then bury them in the garden to make mulch at the end of their useful life. 

This biodegradable dinnerware is microwave and dishwasher safe, too. They’re pretty hardy and they won’t shatter when they’re dropped (or thrown!) but they may chip or break, so do keep toddlers under supervision while they’re munching.

    Cracks and breaks easily.

    I purchased a bulk set of the bamboo range, and I wish I hadn’t of. I purchased it in order to be environmentally conscious, the brand had great reviews. The items I purchased only last about 4months in total. I have only a few left of the bowls, cups and plates as they all just crack! And obviously I’m not going to continue reusing cracked crockery due to the obvious health hazards of mould and bacteria developing in the crack. It’s advertised as toddler safe and it really shouldn’t be. One throw on the floor will crack one of the items straight away. To be clear, I have been following user instructions, I do not microwave them, they go on the top rack of the dishwasher on the eco cycle. It really was a pointless purchase as they’ll just end up in land fill. Sure they are beautiful colours and the matching sets are great but I wouldn’t bother getting it if you have toddlers.

    I bought this dinner set for my friend’s 3 yr old. She loved it! Would recommend.
