Weleda Perineum Massage Oil helps improve skin elasticity, allowing the perineal area to relax and stretch more easily during delivery.
This gentle massage oil contains carefully selected natural ingredients to ensure maximum benefits for mums to be. Sweet almond oil is skin friendly and has slow absorbing properties, making it ideal for massaging the perineum area before birth. It's made with vitamin E rich wheat germ oil, which helps soothe and moisturise delicate skin.
Use this massage oil regularly from 34 weeks, ideally 3-4 times a week for 5-10 minutes.
