During the second stage of labour, the perineal heat pack helps boost blood flow and makes the perineum softer, which means less tearing and trauma! And if you're feeling sore after delivery, use the perineum strip as a cold pack for soothing relief. Use it for post surgery pain and on inflamed areas like C-section scars, Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD), haemorrhoids, or vaginal surgery.

These flower shaped ice packs fit snugly in your bra and around your nipples and can serve as breast engorgement or breastfeeding heat packs. They can even help with milk flow and blocked ducts when used with your breast pump.
Use and care instructions: To use, put on the optional washable sleeves and position the breast or perineum packs. If you want to use cold therapy, freeze the packs for about two hours or immerse them in icy water without the sleeves. For heat therapy, you can microwave them according to the recommended times or dip them in hot water without the sleeves.
Before applying, always check the temperature and use them for the recommended 15 minutes, as advised by your medical professional.
Clean your gel packs with warm soapy water, and store in the freezer or airtight container. Keep them away from sunlight when not in use. Hand wash the sleeves and air dry.
