Toothpaste tablets are a great alternative to standard toothpaste. Just pop one in your mouth and crush it up with your teeth. If you have a toothbrush handy, you can brush as normal. If you don’t have a toothbrush, no worries! Your teeth will feel as fresh and clean as if you do. You can spit it out, or not – with food grade ingredients, the choice is yours.
