Lunette is so easy to use. Simply fold and insert, just like you would a normal non applicator tampon. The cup comes with an instruction booklet, and there are videos for more info.
They're made from medical grade BPA free silicone and they're TGA (Australia) and FDZ 510K (USA) tested and certified. Lunette menstrual cups are safe, and non toxic with none of the toxic chemicals found in tampons.
You'll barely notice that you're wearing a menstrual cup. They're so comfortable, and they're easy to insert and remove. Change it 2 to 4 times a day, or you can wear it for up to 12 hours overnight. Because the Lunette cups catch, and don't absorb, they won't dry out your mucus membranes. So much more comfortable than a standard tampon!
