    Wonderful product for my 3 year old.
    We've tried bamboo straws - he just chews them and they crack.
    We've tried stainless steel straws - he tries to chew them and hurts his mouth or complains about them hitting his teeth. I tried them too and didn't like them.
    The silicone straws are a great alternative. They're soft but durable, so a little chewing is fine. They're easy to clean as they're quite large so easy to get the cleaning brush down them.
